Hi, we are searching for an individual to add to our team. We are a small construction company in Santa Monica and growing! Everyday is different in this industry and looking for someone with an entrepreneur mindset who’s willing to grow with a company. Right now whomever is hired will be wearing a lot of hats and will be an assistant with a wide variety of potential tasks. Please see a description below of the scope of work (although not limited to):
1. Assist with day to day tasks in the office and onsite (quality control)
- If you are not in the office, you will be either onsite or on the road and still able to work via hotspot
2. Project management (helping to source materials, picking up and delivering materials, dealing with sub contractors, inspections, quality control, pulling permits, communication skills, dealing with clients, meeting deadlines, calendar, budgeting)
- Bilingual is a plus, Spanish speaking is a must!
3. We have camera equipment
