Immediate opening for HIGHLY ORGANIZED, DETAIL ORIENTED Project Coordinator.

Project Coordination
Contract handoff to Project Manager/Foremen.
Schedule lookaheads and daily progress reporting.
Communication, scheduling, subcontract execution documentation, materials orders.
RFI's, CO's, Inspections: management and documentation.
Match and batch quotes, PO's, shipping manifests, and invoices for job costing with accounting.
Collate daily/weekly/monthly reporting for billing.
Close out packages.
Mostly M-F, early morning through afternoon. Some nights and weekends 10%.
Office in OC. Projects all over LA, OC, & IE. Company truck, extensive site visits.
