We’re hiring an experienced construction photographer to capture photo and video content for job sites across Southern California. You’ll be shooting active construction projects, crew in action, drone and finished buildings for marketing use — everything from large multifamily developments, commercial spaces to custom homes. This a freelance position and the number of photoshoots will vary each week.
What You’ll Do:
Capture high-quality photos and videos of construction projects (exterior, interior, and aerial).
Use a mirrorless camera, gimbal, and drone to shoot professional-grade content.
Upload all raw photos and videos to our Google Drive within 24 hours after each shoot.
Typical shoot time is around 60-90 minutes per site.
Some days will have up to 3 photoshoots in one day.
You’ll receive one week’s notice before each scheduled shoot.
Compensation:
$275 for under construction job sites
$350 for finished job sites
We will pay you within 24 hours of you uploading the unedited photos and videos.
Requirements:
Experienced in construction or architectural photography
Part 107 FAA Drone License required
Owns professional equipment (mirrorless camera, gimbal, drone)
Has reliable transportation and punctuality. You will be shooting projects all over Southern California.
Can follow creative direction and capture sharp, well-composed images
Bonus (Not Required):
Experience shooting finished projects or architectural portfolio photos
Understanding of construction site safety
