Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Extensive customer service
Scheduling appointments
Answering multi-line phone
Insurance verification of benefits and eligibility
Reviewing treatment, costs, and co-pays with patients
Creating and presenting financial agreements
Handling payments
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor
Technology savvy (Microsoft Office, Teams, Multi-phone line system, Copier/Fax, etc.…)
Desirable Qualifications:
Prior experience with dental management software (Dentrix) preferred
Speak, read, and write Spanish and English fluently
Previous experience with front desk strongly preferred
Some travel between offices
