Duties include:
Scheduling personal appointments
Booking travel arrangements
Managing email inbox
keeping spaces organized
Managing returns and other errands such as shopping, Post Office, and so on
Sort mail
Coordinate personal and office schedule
Packing and unpacking after travel
Light cleaning as needed
Occasionally travel with me on business trips
