Job Opening: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Drive, Calendar, Excel, and Word. Excellent customer service abilities, both over the phone and in person, are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize documents and schedules using Google Drive and Calendar

Prepare reports and maintain data using Excel and Word

Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proficient in Google Drive, Calendar, Excel, and Word

Excellent customer service skills

Valid driver’s license

Detail-oriented and highly organized

Ability to work from the office Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional extra hours from home

Compensation:

Hourly rate 22 & performance-based bonus, with an option of a raise according to performance.
