Job Overview:
Departure is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented West Coast Clearance Operator to manage and respond to inquiries during the late afternoon hours. You will be responsible for ensuring all inquiries are addressed immediately, and you must be in front of your computer during the entirety of the shift.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor incoming communications and respond immediately to all inquiries
-Maintain a constant online presence from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM PST
-Address any clearance issues or questions quickly and accurately
-Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow
-Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders regarding any clearance concerns
-Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry for all interactions
Qualifications:
-Strong written communication skills
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Reliable internet connection and availability to work the required hours without interruption
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
-Prior experience in an administrative or customer support role is preferred, but not required
