We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You’ll provide essential support to our team, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to the efficiency of our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage office operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and welcoming visitors.

Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and inventory documents.

Assist in coordinating shipments and deliveries with the logistics team.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments.

Order and manage office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.

Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A proactive and adaptable attitude in a fast-paced environment.
