We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our growing team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success. Ideally, we would like to identify someone who can work 2-3 days per week with the ability to go to more full-time status if things work out. Must be dependable, timely and drug/alcohol free.
Responsibilities:
-Handle weekly billing for all vendors
-Run bi-monthly payroll via QuickbooksTrack warehouse inventory and equipment
-Balance books and assign transactions to projects in QuickBooks
-Track warehouse inventory and equipment
-On-board new personnel within Quickbooks system
-Configure new Construction projects within QB
-Search database for potential sales leads in downtime (commission opportunity available)
-Perform all other office tasks (keeping business licenses current, organizing files, etc)
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
-Strong Understanding of working with Quickbooks Online, Google Drive, Excel
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
-Strong organizational skills
-Must be dependable
-Drug and Alcohol Free
