Job Summary: We are a one-stop shop for a Construction and Engineering company. Be a part of our home remodeling business, working side by side with the contractor.
Responsibilities: The position requires some of the following activities:
o Inbound/outbound Customer service calls.
o Client management: CRM computer systems, Filing.
o Scheduling and booking.
o Lead generation - platform management. (Yelp, Thumbtack, Porch, magazines Ads).
o Office supplies management.
o Assisting with issuing administration reports for accounting and marketing (We will teach you our templates)
o Help the owners with requests on command when needed.
We will train you for every single one of these activities. We have our templates and filters to follow, so everything is guided.
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge and genuine interest in customer handling – people person.
Organized and neat
Required Education:
Minimum high school education.
Must have High computer skills.

Great English speaker
