Job Responsibilities:
The position involves a range of duties that includes, but is not limited to:
- Registering data storage devices in the company system, labeling devices/parts, and storing them according to the established procedure
- Overseeing all office operations
- Receiving and registering packages, devices, and mails
- Preparing packages for pick-up
- Labeling delivered devices and locating them according to the procedure
- Participating in the data verification process, connecting/disconnecting devices to the computers
- Provide customer support service, registering customers
- Meeting with clients, registering their cases
- Sorting out spare parts, cleaning desks if needed, and labeling trays
- Ordering office and other supplies and keeping the office organized
- Performing other office/admin tasks as assigned
Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Proficiency in English (both oral and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
