Small Fine Art service company, seeking friendly, responsible, and polite individual to assist the owner, and office manager with the following responsibilities:
- Answer phone, take messages, return calls. Screen e-mails, return e-mails.
- Support social media postings. Instagram, Facebook, etc
- Prepare outgoing mail and invoices
- Trouble shoot computer, or printer problems
- Maintain office supplies, order inventory
- Stock refrigerator, restock snacks, kitchen supplies, office bathroom supplies
- Keep track of job billing/payment
- Filing receipts, orders, time sheets
- Provide general office, administrative, secretarial support to office manager.
Experience/Qualification:
- 3+ year experience preferred
- Must be organized
- Proficient in Google calendar, docs
- Experience with Quickbooks
- Great written and verbal skills
- Team player
- Can lift 20-30lbs package
- Ability to multitask and willing to take additional duties
Schedule is flexible, 4-5 days per week,
days are flexible, can be full time or part time.
Willing to work with qualified candidate.
Hours are 10am-5pm.
