We are a family owned company located in Northridge who services residential and large clients such as assistant living homes, universities, theaters etc… This is a position for someone who is looking for a part-time position.
Requirements:
Strong Verbal and writing skills
Professional and friendly telephone manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
Strong customer service Experience/problem resolution
Ability to work with all personality types
Work quickly and efficiently
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Self-motivated person who likes to stay busy
Duties:
Managing office task such as: mailouts, phone calls, filing etc.
Schedule preparation for office staff
Office hours-M-F 12pm-4pm
Pay-depending on experience.
