We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to support our sales and administrative operations.
Position Summary:
The Sales/Office Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and office operations. Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with sales activities, including customer relationship building, scheduling appointments, and processing online orders
Providing administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Proven experience in an office/administrative/sales role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive and energetic attitude with a customer-centric approach.
A fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
