Pathways is hiring office assistants.
Responsibilities:
Handling all incoming and outgoing telephone traffic.
Coordination of office functions.
Daily progress reports on individuals.
Preparing and maintaining all documents and supplies needed in the office and for field staff.
Keeping areas presentable by maintaining a professional appearance of workstations.
Keep individuals records updated.
Data entry.
Minimum Employment Requirements:
High school diploma or the equivalent of one year of experience in a related field.
CPR and First Aid training must be completed within 30 days of hire.
Must pass Fingerprint certification.
Job candidates are required to be fully vaccinated including Boosters.
Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Complete knowledge of Microsoft office, including Zoom, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with persons with developmental disabilities and awareness of programming needs are preferred but not required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and organize work.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Full Time/Part Time
Monday through Friday
Business Hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
