FGS Business Center is a Beverly Hills-based Virtual Office founded in 2007 that helps businesses with answering services, mail forwarding and office space rental.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism while delivering an elevated, concierge-style experience that reflects our brand.

Answer incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages.

Respond to emails with professionalism and strong attention to detail.

Maintain a polished, professional, and business-casual presence in the office.

Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills; must speak fluent, professional English.

Excellent phone etiquette and email professionalism.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred but not required.

Must be able to work on site Monday through Friday
