We are looking for an experienced project manager who understands Gnatt chart scheduling, construction budgets, job costing and estimations.
What you’ll do:
-Manage residential and commercial remodels from start to finish
-Coordinate subs, vendors, schedules, and budgets
-Keep projects on time, on budget, and up to our high standards
-Communicate with clients and ensure they have a seamless experience
What we’re looking for:
-3+ years of construction project management experience
-Strong communication and organizational skills
-Ability to lead teams and juggle multiple projects
-Comfortable with construction software and reporting
Details:
-Full-time role
$25-$35/hr based on experience
