Licensed Real Estate Assistant
The ideal candidate will have:
- Valid California Real Estate License
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office, and strong internet research skills.
- Well Spoken and patient
- Professional and positive in nature, energetic, and self-motivated
- Assist in marketing projects, coordinate marketing materials and interact with other support staff and facets of the company
- Coordinate Transactions
- Handle internal and external correspondence containing highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and/or conferences and interact with clients
- Organize and maintain legal correspondence and document files
- Outstanding in prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to multitask to meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail and problem solving abilities are required
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong relationship building and team skills.
- Reliable transportation
Commercial Real Estate Experience is a Plus
