A growing real estate property management firm in Santa Monica is hiring PT leasing agents.
Positions available in Santa Monica and Hollywood/Silverlake area. Experience preferred, but we will train motivated applicants with a strong customer service or hospitality background.
Responsibilities include: booking appointments and conducting tours for prospective tenants, and hosting open houses. No paperwork. Must have working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and Section 8. MUST be able to show units twice a week, once during the week and once on the weekend. Must live in Santa Monica/west side or Hollywood/east side to be considered for the position.
