Job Opportunity: Building Manager
Are you an organized and proactive individual with a passion for maintaining high standards in building operations? We are seeking a Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property. As a key member of our team, you will ensure that the building is well-maintained, safe, and efficient for tenants and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate building maintenance activities, including repairs and improvements
Lease out units in the building
Manage relationships with tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
Oversee cleaning, security, and other essential building services
Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management or building maintenance is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
