Responsibilities:
General property maintenance (repairs, small fixes)
Minor plumbing and electrical repairs
Light carpentry and appliance repairs
Requirements:
Licensed and insured
Proven local experience working as a handyman
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Good communication skills and professionalism
Own tools and reliable
