Property manager is needed to manage buildings in the North Hills area. The manager will live at the property manager and the position is Full time. Send your resume in word of pdf format to be considered.
Responsibilities/Required
- Rent Collection
- Provide any notices as needed
- Schedule and inspect maintenance requests as needed
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants
- Oversee and maintain vendor relationships
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Ideally minimum of 1 year of onsite property manager experience preferred
- Managing a property/building with 50+ units preferred
- GED or HS Diploma
- Driver's license and a car, this is a MUST
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred
- Already live locally to the Los Angeles/San Fernando Areas
Compensation/Schedule
- $3200-4200/month gross salary (rent will be deducted), Depending on experience
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
