We are seeking to hire a Resident Property Manager with the following qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years experience managing 100+ units (preferred)
Stable employment background
Must be a Certified Compliance Specialist
Tax Credit knowledge a must
Excellent Excel skills
Yardi skills
Affordable housing experience a plus
Minimum requirement Typing 60+ wpm (preferred)
Knowledge of use and basic maintenance of office equipment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours and/or overtime and on call on the weekends

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
