I’m launching a new clothing brand and looking for an experienced individual to manage sourcing and production. This role involves finding and managing vendors, helping bring designs to life, and ensuring quality across the board. Ideally this person has worked with startups before and excels in early stage brand development.
What I’m looking for:
Proven experience sourcing apparel (cut-and-sew, blanks, custom trims, etc.)
Strong local and international vendor relationships (factories, mills, dye houses, sample makers)
Ability to manage timelines, quality control, and production logistics
Clear communication and self-direction
Past experience launching or supporting fashion brands is a major plus
Bonus:
Familiarity with small-batch production
Understanding of streetwear / activewear
Based in LA (not required, but helpful)
This is a contract/freelance position to start, with the potential to grow as the brand scales.
