About the Role
We’re looking for a Fashion Wholesale Assistant who can balance an eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple moving parts. If you’re just as comfortable analyzing sales data in Excel as you are organizing a showroom or managing client communications, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be a key player in ensuring our wholesale operations run smoothly from order entry to seasonal market preparation while keeping processes organized, accurate, and efficient. This is a hands-on position that will give you insight into all facets of the wholesale process in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Support: Assist with day-to-day operations for both key accounts and independent boutiques, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
Data Management: Maintain and update order, customer, and inventory information in NuORDER and Excel.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate weekly and monthly sales and performance reports; identify trends and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Product & Sales Materials: Help create and update range plans, line sheets, barcodes, and warehouse documentation.
Market Preparation: Coordinate seasonal market appointments, manage samples, and assist with showroom setup and breakdown.
Client Communication: Liaise with internal teams (production, logistics, accounting) and external wholesale partners to ensure smooth order flow and issue resolution.
Logistics Coordination: Support in tracking shipments, monitoring delivery timelines, and troubleshooting delivery issues.
Accounts Payable Knowledge: Assist in coordinating payment information and liaising with the finance team when necessary.
Ad-Hoc Support: Jump in where needed — whether it’s administrative tasks, last-minute changes, or urgent client requests.
What We’re Looking For
Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel skills (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas) and comfort working with wholesale platforms like NuORDER (experience required or strong willingness to learn quickly).
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks without letting details slip.
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable interpreting numbers, spotting patterns, and translating data into useful insights.
Strong Communicator: Clear, professional, and confident in both written and verbal communication.
Team Player with Initiative: Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently when needed.
Fashion Enthusiast: Passionate about the industry and eager to grow within it.
Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment where priorities can shift quickly.
Benefits: Medical insurance, paid sick, and paid vacation time.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 10 AM – 6PM
