IT Support & Low Voltage Networking Specialist

Hey there! We're looking for someone awesome to join our growing team.

We’re a boutique IT firm based in both Echo Park & Venice Beach, specializing in building and supporting IT and low voltage systems for some of the coolest restaurants, retail spaces, and hospitality environments in the city.

Think WiFi, network cabling, Peplink routers, UniFi systems, and even cutting-edge brands like Meraki, Aruba, and Ruckus. And yes, we also handle construction projects because we’re not just tech nerds—we build things!

We need a proactive, tech-savvy problem-solver to help with a range of tasks, from installing and troubleshooting networking systems to designing and implementing low voltage systems for IT projects during construction. You’ll be visiting client sites and job locations, working directly with contractors and project managers to make sure our IT systems fit seamlessly into the builds. A lot of hands-on work, both in the field and in the office, is the name of the game.

Sound fun? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Hands-On Support: Setting up routers, switches, wireless access points, and all that fun stuff using gear like Peplink, Meraki, UniFi, Aruba, and Ruckus. Toast or other brand of POS experience is a PLUS!

Project Design & Integration: Working on low voltage systems for restaurant and retail builds—designing, installing, and troubleshooting on-site. You’ll be collaborating with construction teams to make sure everything works like magic.

Field Visits: You’ll be getting out of the office, visiting job sites, troubleshooting on location, and making sure everything’s running smoothly from start to finish.

Network Troubleshooting: Tackling Wi-Fi issues, Ethernet terminations, and any network hiccups that pop up, keeping everything stable and reliable.

Client Training: Helping our clients get the most out of their IT systems and making sure they know how everything works after installation.

Documentation: Yeah, we all have to do it—keeping notes on installations, troubleshooting, and making sure the inventory is up-to-date.

Travel: While most of the work is in the area, you might need to hit the road occasionally when we have projects a bit further afield.

What You’ll Need to Bring:

Experience with IT support and low voltage networking. If you’ve worked with restaurants, retail, or on construction projects, even better!

Familiarity with all the big players: Meraki, Aruba, Ruckus, Peplink, UniFi, plus all things cabling and Ethernet.

A solid understanding of how to work with contractors and project managers—you’ll be part of a team that gets things built.

Flexibility! You’ll need to balance field visits, site work, and client needs, but that keeps things exciting.

Please be able to lift 25-50 lbs when required to so.

A valid driver’s license, because, well, you’ll need to get to those job sites!
