Technical Support and Troubleshooting | Full-Time On-Site Role in Los Angeles.
We're looking for a new team member who can use their technical and customer service skills to set up and test smartwatches, cellphones, GPS tracking equipment, and Mobile Application Set Up.
Individuals with excellent problem solving skills, experienced in or knowledge of one or more of the following is preferred:
IT
Technical Support
Cellular Mobile Device Troubleshooting
Required:
Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong phone communication skills
Excellent problem-solving skills
Comfortable following written equipment instructions
Mobile Devices experience
Strong organization
Proficient reporting skills
Other duties as needed
Compensation is based upon experience.
