Technical Support & Product Specialist

Systor Systems is a leading manufacturer and retailer of digital media duplication equipment. Our duplicators provide reproductions of data storage devices, which include NVME and other SSD solid state drives, mechanical hard disk drives, all types of flash memory (USB, SD, CF), and optical disc drives (CD, DVD, Blu-ray). With offices in USA, Europe, and Asia, we stay committed to deliver quality and reliability in our products on a global scale.

We are currently seeking a full-time associate to fulfill a role involving technical support, customer service, and specializing in our products.

We are willing to train the right candidate who has the will and eagerness to learn.

Job duties include the following:

- Reply to product support inquiries by phone, e-mail, and online messages

- Answer questions about product features, explain product benefits, and engage customers by making product suggestions

- Repair, test, and/or restock returned merchandise

- Provide company feedback on status of tech support inquiries, returned merchandise, and product improvement needs

- Stay current with product updates

- Add and revise product detail pages on company websites and selling channels

- Professional communication skills, basic grammar and proper business email etiquette

Skills that are definitely a plus are:

- Previous experience with online selling channels such as Amazon, Ebay, and Newegg

- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Miva

- Previous technical support and/or customer service experience with electronics and new technology

- Previous experience with customer service software, such as Zendesk and Shipstation

- Basic proficiency in Google Docs, Microsoft Word & Excel

- Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator

- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, Liquid, and/or JavaScript

- Fluency in Korean or Spanish or Mandarin/Cantonese Chinese or Tagalog Filipino
