Position: Construction Painting Project Manager / Estimator

About Us:
We are an established and growing industrial & commercial painting company located in Gardena, CA. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to help us grow.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing both existing and new accounts, cultivating relationships with targeted clients.
- Reviewing architectural plans and specifications to prepare comprehensive estimates, schedules of work, and proposals.
- Utilizing estimation software, our existing database, and Microsoft programs to streamline project management processes.
- Taking full responsibility for projects from inception to completion, including estimating, scheduling, coordinating with team members (superintendents, foremen, etc.), and ensuring project success.
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic, taking ownership for the responsibilities and ensuring accuracy
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn new computer applications
Ability and desire to learn quickly
Detail-oriented and passion for getting the details right
Mentality that no job is too big or too small
Strong English speaking and writing skills
Excellent customer service, with vendors, customers, and employees
Strong time management and organizational skills
Flexibility: ability to adapt to changing priorities in our fast-paced environment
