Temple Lofts is seeking a dynamic On-Site Maintenance Manager to be the cornerstone of our community. In this pivotal role, you'll be the face of our vibrant community, working closely with residents, the HOA’s Board of Directors, and off-site management to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our property.
Why This Role Matters: As the On-Site Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining Excellence: Ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of the building and surrounding property.
Transparent Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about actions taken and ongoing work.
Strategic Maintenance: Implement preemptive maintenance strategies to minimize expenses and dues for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain detailed records of the building’s history, current status, and future needs. This includes documenting past issues, tracking ongoing projects, and planning for future maintenance.
Operational Management: Work closely with Off-Site Management to ensure the Temple Lofts remains in peak condition.
Hands-On Maintenance: Perform a variety of general maintenance tasks such as decorating, sweeping, painting, patching, changing light bulbs, adjusting door closures and other basic building necessities.
Mechanical Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of plumbing, electrical systems, and general mechanical knowledge to monitor and assess vendor work. Complete as many tasks as possible yourself to benefit the community and streamline operations.
Basic Computer Skills: Use basic computer applications and software to manage documentation, track maintenance tasks, and communicate effectively with residents, the Board, and off-site management.
Personal and Communication Skills: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with residents and vendors. Address concerns professionally, ensure clear and courteous communication, and foster positive relationships within the community.
