Position: Pool Repair and Maintenance Tech
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced pool maintenance tasks.
- Handle repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and other equipment issues.
- Conduct equipment replacement, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot pool equipment issues with precision.
- Clean filters, salt cells, and other standard pool tech duties upon request.
- Ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and operate all necessary tools and equipment.
- Uphold safety protocols and company standards.
Requirements:
- Have your own vehicle and driver's license
- Have a working smart phone with data plan
- Experience cleaning, maintaining, and repairing residential pools and equipment
- Extensive experience in pool maintenance with a strong understanding of pool repairs.
- Proven ability to handle equipment replacement, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Must be punctual, reliable, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work full-time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a professional attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excited to use Pool Management Software that send clients an email with before and after photos after you service their pool
- Positive attitude and ready to develop great relationships with your coworkers
