Family owned Pool Service business is offering a W2 Piece Work employment $75K - $155K yearly DOE. Company truck, gas included.
We are seeking a serious full-time (W2 Employee) candidate who has 3+ years of solid pool repair experience and expertise knowledge of all repairs relating to the industry. Ozone knowledge is a plus. Mon - Fri and some Saturdays required. Knowledge of all pool cleaning, salt cell cleaning, filter cleaning is required. Must be able to repair pumps, motors, heaters, plumbing and electrical. Knowledge of IPS units and chemical automation systems, intelli chem is required with good chemistry experience required in understanding the business. 50% Medical/Dental offered after 6 months of employment. One week off with pay during winter holiday after first year of employment and 5 sick days after 90-day probation period. The following is required:
Must have a valid driver license with good driving record
Must be able to work in the U.S.
Must be able to communicate effectively and understand and speak English
Must have a cell phone to download Pool App
Must be able to lift up to 75 - 100lbs
Must be able to follow instructions
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Must be a team player as well as honest
Must want to work at a 100%
