They have assisted in building more nearly 500 companies globally and manage nearly $20B in aum.Responsibilities include:
Maintain general ledger for Funds, including day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions (purchase of investments, conversions, accruals, expenses, capital calls, distributions, change in investment valuations, and exit transactions).
Prepare monthly bank account reconciliations.
Process wires for investments and Fund expenses.
Perform quarterly close of the books for Funds, including all financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Partners Capital, Cash Flows, SOI).
Prepare quarter and year-to-date individual partners’ capital allocations.

Requirements
Key requirements:
Accounting experience either auditor working on venture/asset management clients or another fund or fund admin
The first preference is an auditor!
Attitude and personality is key – ideally someone who’s a team player and friendly/easy going personality; all hands on deck and collaborative
Strong work ethic, initiative, and attention to detail, Superior communication skills, oral and written; this person will communicate with upper management
CPA is a huge plus
