Administrative Assistant
Description:
The Administrative Assistant is a full-time position and will report to the V. P. of Operations. He/She will provide a high level of administrative support to all departments within the Company.
Key Qualifications:
High School Diploma
Three years minimum administrative experience
Experience in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook 2010. Intermediate skills required. Adobe Pro, a plus.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Type 50 wpm minimum - Typing certificate required
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Company-wide forms; create, maintain and distribute
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual; revise and maintain
General administrative tasks; file, fax, scan, copy, phones, mail, mail merges and contract management
Projects as-needed
Skills and Abilities:
Highly organized with ability to plan and prioritize
Detail oriented
Self-motivated and takes initiative
Provide outstanding customer service
Ability to multi-task is essential
Exhibit a high level of professionalism in working with confidential information
Ability to work with limited supervision and collaborate with the team
Testing: Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
