POSITION: OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, MANAGER AND RECEPTIONIST
RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer calls, schedule appointments, send out estimates, schedule jobs, invoicing and manage multiple locations with our team.
TRAINING: We provide in-depth training for industry products and standard practices.
NECESSARY SKILLS:
-work in fast paced environment
-answer multiple calls, juggle several mental tasks simultaneously
-self confident and professional with Customers
-MUST HAVE 3 Years Of Office or Secretarial Work or Call Center Experience.
