Seeking a professional office manager to join our team that understands bookkeeping, accounting, job scheduling, employee management, administrative tasks, and strong leadership skills. Excellent communication, organization and project management skills. Would like this person to be pro-active, able to anticipate and resolve potential problems using sound business judgment, organized, and resourceful.
Skill set to include:
QuickBooks - A/P, A/R, financial statements, payroll, job P&L reports, monthly P&L reports, tax prep
Project management - manage time critical projects, respond to customers timely and resolve issues.
This could be a part-time (18-24 hrs p/wk), or full-time (32+ hrs p/wk) depending on the right fit.
