Local Pool Service company looking for additional office help.
$13-15/hr DOE
20-25 hrs/week (mostly afternoons needed ie: 12:00-4:30pm M-F to be discussed)
Will also need availability to cover additional hours August- October 2020 (for a maternity leave)
Initial Job duties to include:
Taking customer phone calls
Sorting/printing/distributing emails
Writing work orders+ tracking status
Making coffee
Collecting mail (check payments)
Processing payments (CC, check, etc)
Monthly route book pool count
Stuffing envelopes/monthly statements
Calling past due accounts
Some office experience preferred.
Knowledge of Quickbooks Desktop would be a plus.
