Business Support Priorities
Personalization and customization of agent websites
Schedule customer celebratory closing anniversary flyer and ePostcards
Assist with open house activities
Listing Support
Multiple Listing Service (MLS) input as necessary
Schedule sign installation & removal
Design, produce and distribute professional company flyers
Transaction Support
High-level data entry and processing in accounting software
Customer survey promotion
Document storage in electronic transaction management platform
Marketing Support
Design and distribution of printed/electronic marketing materials
Advertising and promotional assistance
Lead Management
Update and reassign general office leads
Social Media
Set up agent business pages on social media platforms
Launch and monitor ad campaigns
Manage social media posts
Administrative
Assistance with Electronic File Management as needed
General IT support
Order office supplies and marketing materials
Maintain active listing and pending office reports
Monitor agent license expiration and assist for a timely renewal
Training
On boarding
Conduct/organize Lunch and Learn training opportunities
Qualifications
