-Supervise a staff of 7-10 (seasonal)
-Ordering
-Inventory Management
-Kitchen Sanitation
-Develop new menu items and specials
This is a pretty easy kitchen for the right person. Kitchen is newer, built in 2019 with top of the line equipment.
