Position Available: Executive Sous Chef

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 11am or 12pm to close (usually around 11pm)

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating, maintaining and ensuring completion of checklists for each day of service

- Proper inventory management (FIFO) and weekly ordering

- Keeping an orderly and sanitized kitchen

- Maintaining food safety standards at all times

- Preparing and properly labeling/storing ingredients

- Setting up and stocking stations for service

- Plating and garnishing food per chef's instructions

- Organizing nightly cleaning and deep cleaning of kitchen

Compensation:

- $80,000+ depending on experience & fully covered medical, dental, vision

Qualifications:

- Valid food manager card

- 5 years minimum experience in a kitchen, Michelin-rated preferred but not required
