Job Duties:
Help maintain the plant and all mechanical equipment
To be able to perform Preventative Maintenance on equipment
Help maintain a daily logbook
Be able to make daily rounds (incubation, coolers, Machine rooms, production floor)
Run boiler tests, water tests on 2 cooling towers, main water supply testing, cold room temperature monitoring, and incubation room temperature control
Repair breakdowns in a timely manner safely
Work with and lend a hand to other departments as necessary, including cooking, compost grinding, packing, and shipping deliveries
Work nights and weekends in the event of breakdowns. Any shift necessary which could be 1st,2nd , or 3rd shifts
Provide a working phone number to answer any type of emergency phone calls after hours due to breakdowns
