Multifamily reconstruction firm established in 1992 with three California offices is offering a long-term, full-time opportunity to a candidate with a strong administrative background, a good work ethic, and a positive attitude.
Minimum two years administrative experience.
Insurance training will be provided.
DUTIES:
Order prime contract insurance.
Request subcontractor insurance.
Review insurance documents for accuracy.
Maintain list of approved subcontractors.
Vet new subcontractors.
Provide additional general administrative support.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Organizational skills. (This is key, there is a high volume of tasks in this role.)
Administrative experience.
Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word. Computer Ease experience a plus but not required.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus but not required.
Construction experience a plus but not required.
