Administrative Assistant

Local small bookkeeping office looking to hire a part time assistant. Mutiple office locations, mainly in the Monterey & Carmel-by-the-Sea area.

Desired skills: Quick books, Outlook, Sage Contractor, Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping. Must be able to work independently, maintain client confidentiality, & be a self-starter. Hours are part-time to start 10-15 & with room for growth. Work hours & days are flexible. Some of the work can be completed remote. Beginning wage is $25.00 per hour & will be reassessed after a 90-day trial period.
