Construction Office Labor Compliance /Admin Assistant

Tasks Include:

- Certified Payroll Tracking and Reporting

- Apprenticeship Notification

- Filing

- Data entry

- Emailing

- Other duties as assigned

Skills Used Include:

- Attention to detail is essential

- EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IS PREFERRED

- Verbal / Written communication

- Proficient with Excel / spreadsheets / Microsoft Office programs

- Experience with DIR

- Experience with LCP Tracker

- Experience with ProContractor by Viewpoint would be a plus

- Tracking

- Scheduling

- Organization

- Ability to quickly learn various job specific tasks

Physical Requirements

- Hearing – Use of phone

- Sitting / standing / carrying (up to 10lbs often, 30lbs occasionally)

- Visual - use of computer monitor, read documents

- Manual dexterity - Use of keyboard for entry, grasp and collate paper
