Job Description
Individual will join our dispatching team and will assist in carrying out the daily processing of recommendations and administrative duties
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer/Receive recommendations from Pest Control Advisors
Process recommendation data for computer entry in our Agrian system efficiently
Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or re-entering data
Record Keeping (organize files, hand tags, signed copies, completions, etc.)
Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting changes when needed
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
Answer phones and respond to inquiries of incoming calls
Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times
Assist walk in customers and coordinate to correct department
Invoice applications from time to time when needed using Agvance.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
Administrative experience preferred
Ability to manage workload effectively including plan, coordinate, organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Demonstrate ability to work effectively in diverse workforce.
High School Diploma/ GED equivalent
