We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, positive and energetic individual.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
-Greeting and engaging customers to determine footwear needs.
-Provide assistance using product knowledge and presentation of footwear options.
-Giving the very best service by being professional and attentive.
-Achieve and exceed sales goals.
-Responsible for store cleanliness and stockroom maintenance.
-Be a team player and assist other teammates as needed to perform at their best
-Build relationships with customers.
Skills:
-Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide a professional experience.
-Retail sales experience is preferred but we will provide the training to enable one to become a successful team member.
-Excellent communication skills

Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour to begin. Pay is hourly to start but will convert to commission following training period.
