HR Assistant

Description The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This role involves a variety of HR administrative tasks, including recruitment, employee record-keeping, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.Requirements Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).

Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Experience in employee recruitment and onboarding processes.

Working Conditions:

Office environment with regular working hours.

Occasional extended hours may be required during peak recruitment periods or special projects.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
