Staffer Overview:
Responsibilities:
Project manage content production under direction of project lead
Maintain project plan timeline and status
Execute and delegate against project plan
Liaise with production vendors from RFP through project completion
Track project spend against budget
Update project management tool (Asana) weekly
Coordinate with the cross-functional project agile team
Support status meeting agendas and action items
Continually optimize project operations for effectiveness and efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years relevant work experience in project management or related field

5-10 years relevant work experience in project management or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong PgM/project management experience
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines and demands
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Asset production (videos, podcasts, website)
Strong vendor management experience
High tolerance for ambiguous, fast paced global environments
PMP/PMI Certification
