Description We're in search of an Office Manager to join our dynamic team, who can effectively manage administrative tasks. This role is crucial for smooth organization and flow of daily operations.Primary responsibilities include organizing and coordinating office administration and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. The successful candidate will be experienced in handling a range of administrative and executive support related tasks and work independently with little or no supervision.Responsibilities:

Organizing the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.

Organizing and chairing meetings with staff. This includes typing the agenda and taking minutes.

Managing office budget and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial and administrative records.

Handling personnel issues, including coordinating staff recruitment and staff appraisals.

Implementing and maintaining office procedures/office administrative systems.

Delegating tasks to junior employees and monitoring their performance.

Ensuring the office is kept in order and arranging for necessary repairs.

Managing contracts and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, office lease.

Providing general support to visitors and arranging travel and accommodations when necessary.

Maintaining and updating company databases.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

3+ years of office management experience.

Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

High attention to detail.

Handle confidential information with discretion.
