DescriptionOfficeTeam is actively seeking Property/Community Managers for several immediate temp and temp-hire opportunities in the Bay Area!Responsibilities:Process timely and accurate move-ins, move-outs, and recertifications
Rental applications
Oversee maintenance staff
Tenant relations
Ensure timely completion of work orders and turnover of vacant units
RequirementsMust have at least 1 year of property management experience in affordable housing
Must have at least 1 year working at a HUD and/or tax credit property
Experience with property management software such as Yardi, One site is a huge plus
